Chipotle是一家以美國為基地的墨西哥風味快餐連鎖店，創辦人Steve Ells於1993在美國科羅拉多州丹佛市開設了他的第一間Chipotle店。當年Steve心裡只希望發展一個提供優質食材和美味而價錢大眾化的快餐服務，想不到至今已成為橫跨全球擁有1600間分店的連鎖集團。而加拿大首間Chipotle連鎖店就開設於溫哥華市中心的Howe Street，與Robson Square隔街相對。

最近喜聞Chipotle的第二間分店剛於2015年1月31日在本拿比的Metropolis at Metrotown正式開幕，位置就在商場連接Skytrain站的通道上，對於駕車或乘搭天車前來都非常方便。在Chipotle顧客可以直接選擇眼前的不同食材，按個人喜好自由配搭和組合，創造出一份適合自己的餐點

首先選擇餐點類別：Burrito / Burrito Bowl / Crispy Tacos / Soft Tacos / Salad @$8.95

隨後選擇餡料：可以選擇多款

• Pinto Beans ~ Simmered with onions, garlic, oregano, and chipotle-chili adobo. 
• Black Beans ~ Simmered with onions, garlic, oregano, and chipotle-chili adobo. 
• Cilantro-Lime Rice (White/Brown) ~ Rice with cilantro and fresh lemon and lime. 
• Fajita Vegetables ~ Bell peppers and sweet red onion sautéed with fresh oregano.

隨後選擇肉類：只限兩款

• Carnitas ~ Pork braised with thyme, bay, juniper berries and cracked black pepper. 
• Barbacoa ~ Spicy shredded beef, braised with chilies, garlic, oregano, cumin, and cloves.
